Filgotinib (Jyseleca): Warum und wann muss ich zur Blutkontrolle?

Sowohl zum Therapiestart als auch während der Behandlung sind einige Blutuntersuchungen nötig. Dies hat den Zweck Veränderungen Ihrer Blutwerte frühzeitig zu erkennen. Denn Filgotinib kann sich negativ auf die Zahl der weißen Blutkörperchen (Neutrophile und Lymphozyten), auf den Hämoglobinwert und den Cholesterinspiegel auswirken.

Demnach sind folgende Blutanalysen angezeigt:

• Zum Therapiebeginn müssen die Zahl der Neutrophilen und Lymphozyten als auch der Hämoglobinwert ermittelt werden.
• Während der Behandlung sollten im Rahmen der Routineuntersuchungen die Neutrophilen, die Lymphozyten und das Hämoglobin bestimmt werden; zudem sind zwölf Wochen nach Beginn der Einnahme von Filgotinib die Blutfette zu kontrollieren.
